8. Description:
Pipe fences have two kinds of ball joint pipe fences and non-ball joint pipe fences and ball joints are formed while welding the metallic hollow ball and the pipe. We can install the armrest, rods and shaft on the site and produce them into unites as customer's request with good appearance and economical and duration.
Fences are made of the qualified carbon steel and hot galvanized so they resist the rust and easy to maintain. Fences made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy are also available.
Our fences meet Chinese Standard GB4053.3-93, and Chinese General Design Standard on construction 87J432(JSJT-90).

11. Manufacturing Process:
1) Steel grating have been fabricated strictly in accordance to the product quality standards, and their high quality is guaranteed under the control of ISO9001 quality system.
(2) Installation:
a. There are two ways of installation for grating. One way is by welding and the other is by installation fastener, the welding method is suitable for those parts which will be fixed forever. Such as platforms for equipment. While the method by installation fastener has the properties of easy to assemble and disassemble and of preventing destroying the zinc layer.
b. Installation fastener is suitable for all types of gratings, it is made of up-fastener, down-fastener and inside turret cylinder bolt MB.
c. Welding method is angle welding at the first bearing bar of every corner on the grating. Welding seam of which is not less than 20mm in length and less than 3mm in height.
d. It at least needs four sets of installation fasteners on every grating to fix. You had better install more fasteners on the supportable construction when the span is large.
e. We can supply stainless steel installation fastener to satisfy our customer.
f. Please indicate clearly the type, quantity and material when you purchase installation fastener.

Type A: Comprising of a top clip with double saddle, a lower clip with teeth and an M8 inner-inner hexagon-circular-stud bolt.
Type B: Comprising of a top clip with double saddle (of which one saddle can secure the two bearing bars of adjacent gratings), a lower clip with teeth and an M8 inner-circular-stud bolt.
Type C: Comprising of a top clip with double saddle, and a M8 hexagon-headed bolt which can be welded to the support member.
