W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is suitable for testing stainless steel ,low carbon steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled plate, galvanized plate, seamless steel tubes, welded pipe and other steel products. Particularly suitable for the production site, sales site or construction site.
W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester’s hardness measuring range corresponds to Rockwell 48-100HRB. This hardness measuring range covers almost all common soft steel. The comparative test showed that the measured value between W-B92 and HRB Rockwell hardness tester is turned out an approximate linear relationship. W-B92 Webster Hardness stainless steel can be used as a simple HRB Rockwell Hardness Tester.
Usage:
Evaluate the effect of heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the material are qualified or not.
Determine whether the material is processed from inappropriate alloy.
Distinguish the material’s hardness level. Judge the material is annealed, 1/8 hard, 1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, full hard or other heat treatment.
