For C purlin: width: 80-300mm height: 40-80mm, small rib: 14-25mm
For Z purlin: width :80-300mm height: 40-80mm, small rib: 14-25mm
2. Coil thickness:1.2-3.2mm Q195~345, hot-zinc coils& CR, HR.
3. Working speed: 10-15m/min (not containing punching and cutting time )
4. Forming roller: 17steps
5. Leveling roller:5steps (up 2 and down 3)
6. Rectifying: one step
7. Feeding & guiding: 2 sets ,4 rollers
8. Material of roller: GCr15, quenched
9. Material of main shaft:45 casting steel
Punching and Cutting:
1. punching mold: Cr12 HRC 58-62
2. machine with 2 sets punching system according to punching drawing
3. Punching with hydraulic drive
4. punching at end-wise controlled by PLC control system, punching at broad-wise adjusted by manual
5. Punch details drawing, end user has to provide.
6. Hydraulic Cutting before forming: Cut the sheet before roll forming to required length
7. Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stop, then punching and cutting .
8. Material of blade: CR12with heat treatment
9. Length measuring: Automatic length measuring
10. Tolerance of length: 3m+/- 1.5mm
