Details about the Dust Catching System
In addition to the dust filter on the top of the power silo, there is dust filter in the feeding department where the works feed the raw material and there is concentrated dust filter in the drying workplace, packaging workplace and transporation in bulk workplace. It improves the working condition as well as the utilization of the raw material.
In the drying system the dust filters are the combination of gravity dust filter and bag dust filter. It can achieve zero emission. At the same time the recycling dust can be reused.
To meet the requirement of catching the raising dust during the process of conveying, there are different dust filter for the raising dust which can effectively control dust emission levels to meet or exceed the national environment production standards.
