Surface Process of Gratings
1)Hot-dipped galvanizing
Normally, hot-dipped galvanizing will be carried out after end welding process. When the thickness of bearing bars is not less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than 610g/m^2.When the thickness of bearing bars is less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than 460g/m^2.The quality and requirements after hot-dipped galvanizing are according to the standards of GB/T13912
Note: In the range of PH6 to PH12.5,a stable protective film will be formed on the zinc surface. It has good anti-corrosive property.

Common type
After load bearing steel bar is notched, the cross rod is pressed and locked into the required grating.
Maximum process height of common grating is 100mm. the length of the grating is usually less than 2000mm.
Integrated type
The load bearing steel bar and cross rod are of the same height. The depth of the slot is half of the thickness of load bearing steel bar.
The height of grating is not more than 100mm.
The length of grating is usually less than 2000mm.
sunshade type
Notching the load bearing steel bar at an angle of 30°or 45°and the cross rod,then shaping by pressing and locking. Grating of other pitches and specifications can also be fabricated based on the different requests of customers of common carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials.
The height of grating is usually less than 100mm.
heavy load grating
With load bearing steel bar and cross rod gripped, the grating is formed by pressing under the pressure of 1200 tons.
It applies to place of large spans and heavy load bearing.
