Frameless 5ton Conventional Welding Rotator With PU Wheel For Tank Pipe Welding

 

 

Brief introduction:

Polyurethane roller enclosed on steel wheel with better wear resistance and longer using life.

Loading capacity from 2~1200ton available.

 

 

Feature of conventional welding rotator:

  1. The roller center distance of conventional welding rotator can be adjusted by lead screw. Different diameter of work piece is able to use on the same rotator.
     
  2. The center distance of the roller also can be adjusted by reserved bolt holes.
     
  3. One set conventional welding rotator is including one piece of power roller & one piece of idler roller.
     
  4. Power roller adopts double motor driven. 
     
  5. The power transmission adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
     
  6. According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: PU roller, steel wheels, steel and rubber combination wheel.
     
  7. The application of conventional welding rotator is mainly used for the seam welding. Including longitudinal, circumferential seam.
     
  8. It is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry.

  1. The conventional welding rotator series have a strong and durable construction, by which creates a very high stability.
     
  2. The steel wheel of welding rotator enclosed lock solid PU tyres. From capacity of 200ton,the wheel would be fully steel wheel.
     
  3. The electronic components of the conventional welding rotators are top class. It is equipped with stepless adjustable speed control. All electrics with CE marked.
     
  4. The production is according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
