Order processing steps:
1. After salesmen get the product files /samples which are ordered by customers ,the purchasing department ,engineering department and the manufacturing department will discuss the feasibility of the new order,and record the items that have questions or need to be confirmed to the customer ,then our salesman feedback and communicate with the customers timely .
2. After customer confirm everything,our engineers will enter the stage of preparing engineering data.
3. When engineering data is completed and approved by the engineering director ,it will be delivered to the purchasing dept.,quality control dept.and production department to start arrange production.
4. After production is finished,the quality control department will start 100% inspecion of products based on quality standards.
5. If inspection is ok,then the order will be arranged the soonest delivery to customer.
6. Follow up with order status and after sale service.
