5) The vertical ring die biomass wood pellet machine can feed materials vertically and directly to the pelletizing room, also the biomass pellet machine has one two-- layer die inside ,when die works, only bottom layer work .rollers moving , die stable ,produce high pressure between rollers and die .when it works, the top layer will rebound splashed materials to bottom working place .making pressing pellets process distributed evenly.
6) Wood pellet machine contains full automatic lubricated spare parts oil systems, which can lubricate rollers, shaft, bearings and gears automatically every two hours, the pressure between rollers and die can be adjusted automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio.
7) Spare parts of the wood pellet plant are made by ourselves, mostlyare made by CNC systems, through high technology heat treatment, we can ensure its high quality and good precision.
