The extrusion line is mainly used to make artificial rubber bands, the raw material is TPR/TPU/SBS. We could make single-color, double-color, or multi-color rubber bands which are widely used for toys, gift packing, vegetable packing etc applications according to clients' requirements.

(1) Single color rubber band:

(2) Two color rubber band:
25kgs stainless steel hopper 1 set--Φ55 main extruder machine 1 set--Φ25 co-extruder machine 1 set---extrusion die 1 set--stainless steel vacuum calibration water tank 1 set--haul off unit 1 set--automatic cutter 1 set--collection stand 1 set;
(1) Three color rubber band:
