2. The locking device on the bracket will keep the lamp from shift or trembling during harsh vibration; and the shell adopts high-tech surface spraying technology, which ensures it’s abrasion/corruption resistant and, waterproof, dustproof, and suitable to be used in all kinds of environments.
3. Liquid heat pipe technology to ensure excellent heat dissipation of chips. Use super bright chip as light source which ensures good reliability and consistency.High-power lamps use separately thermoelectric copper substrate as chip carrier. It can ensure effective fast heat dissipation.
4. By adding the heat pipe to the fins has 200 times of heat transfer rate over pure aluminum radiator, which helps maximize the cooling area through a combination with the HDT, seamless fitting and FIN fastening patent technology. The heating dissipation of the high power led flood light is very excellent, and the led & drivers can work under low temperature, therefore the life and lumen decay can be guaranteed.
5. With anodizing and polishing, high purity aluminum reflectors reduce the glazing as well as optimize the lighting performance. Adopting stainless steel parts and components, the whole structure has been treated with protection technology and undergone a 500-hour salt spray test, which boasts outstanding resistance to corrosion and rust and is thus adaptable to poor outdoor environment.
