2. Brief introduction of the pellet  making machine production line:

We can make pellet making line from 200kg/h to 12t/h, including crushing, drying, pellet making, cooling , packing and other auxiliary process. The whole line is compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency. 

 3. The raw materials of the pellet making machine production line:

Any type of wood, straw waste, forestry wastes, lumber leftover, sawdust, wood chips, wood bark and all types of agriculture stuff, such as bamboo dust, sugarcane, coffee husk , paddy straws, sunflower/cotton/corn stalks and so on. 

4:About the pellets produced by our pellet  making machine production line:

5. The main process of the pellet making machine production line includes:  

(1) Wood crusher (crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust) 

(2) Dryer (dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets) 

(3) Pellet maker (press raw material into pellets) 

(4)Cooler (cool down pellets and remove some moisture) 

(5) Screener (remove dust, and broken pellets) 

(6)Packing machine (pack pellets into bags of required weight)
