Description: 

 

Carbide is a hard metal material with unique characteristics of wear resistance, heat resistance, strength, toughness and hardness that make it ideal for many industrial applications, especially as a material for cutting tools.

 

- ISO Grade: K10

 

- with 94% tungsten carbide, 6% cobalt 

 

- Made of 0.4 micron ultrafine TC powder

 

- Hardness: 93.5-93.8 HRA

 

- Bending strength: >3200 MPa

 

- Density: 14.8 g/cm3

 

- As sintered
                                            
- Standard imperial length: ground fixed length

 

- H6 tolerance

 

 We use optimum quality materials and high-tech computer to strictly controlled vacuum furnaces to ensure cemented carbide bar quality.

 

Our tungsten carbide rounds bars are marked by their excellent transverse rupture strength,  wear resistance and hardness.
