We produce carbide rods with ultra fine grain structures and share features such as excellent hardness, transverse rupture strength, durability.

Our tunsten carbide rod are made of optimum quality raw material wc and cobalt using by powder metallurgy technology.

Production process: dosing, wet-milling, pressing, sintering, quality test, finished product, packaging.

- with 88% tungsten carbide, 12% cobalt 

- Made of 0.4 micron ultrafine TC powder

- Hardness: 92.3-92.5 HRA

- Bending strength: ≥3800 MPA
