Two and three level versions of the portal tower
Portal tower is widely used in power transmission and distribution, often they have two or three level versions, and can stand heavier loading with stand strong wind.
MEGATRO mainly provide every type of two and three level versions of the portal tower, we are equipped with sophisticated machinery, and welded workers and equipment for the manufacture of Portal tower, to ensure higher level quality. Before mast production, our engineer often take longer time communication with buyer engineer to discuss technical requirements and drawings, until final drawings confirmed, then we start order again.
MEGATRO fabricates every type Portal tower by solid steel legs and angle iron cross members & pipes or only with angle steel bar material. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies. All tower material adopt Chinese steel or international equivalent material such as Q235B, Q345B, ASTM A36, A572 GR50, GR65, ST37, ST52, S355JR, S355J0, BS 50B, SS400 ETC.
After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
MEGATRO angle towers systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.
