Description:

Based on the theory of liquid cooling for heat dissipation, liquid completely fills the whole space of the internal part of the bulb, broadening heat dissipation channel directly, without any uneven surface contact of heat channel. The whole LED immerses in liquid and radiates heat towards liquid all round. Heating molecules of liquid will leave the surface of metal base and move to the relatively cool surface of the light housing with heat which will emit to the air. Such molecules will again participate in the heat exchange after cooled by the surface of the housing, and quickly pass the heat near the metal base of the internal part to relatively cool areas of the surface of the housing, thus accelerating circulation of liquid. Such moving liquid boasts a heat-conducting capacity greatly superior to the heat dissipation capacity of metal fins. This physical convective motion demands no electric energy and continuously repeats as long as operation of LED bulb, thus ensuring a relatively low junction temperature of LED chips and a long life of LED luminous chips.
