The features of outdoor LED display

 

1. High technology 

Cabinet design of the module uses high temperature spraying technology to improve the anti-rust function greatly. Using good quality silicon gel in the front and waterproof rubber in the rear to improve the waterproof performance of LED display. Brand new mask design makes the light from LEDs almost non-reflection. 

 

2. Good flatness 

The flatness of module erection side is controlled within 0.2 mm, so as to ensure the flatness of the whole LED display.

 

3. Good uniformity 

Good uniformity in color solves the problem of mosaic well.

 

4. Long lifetime

With wave-soldering process and green oil protection from oxygen on PCB, preventing the circuit from moist and oxygen, so as to increase the lifetime of LED display.

Utilization rate of power supply is improved a lot,reducing the failure rate of the power supply.
