Instruction and usage : Brewhouse is the equipment for initial process of beer making. You will get cooked mash by using brewhouse.

 

Structure: Usually, there will be a mash/lauter tun, a brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and a hot water tank. But this depends on the size of brewhouse and the batch you want to brew per day. The structure of our brewhouses are custom designed and built to order and to your specific floor plan and brewing process needs.

Application

The still forms the foundation of every DYE Distilling System. 

 

We have columns for whiskey, brandy, rum, gin and vodka available. 

 

Alcohol percentage after distilling is 90±6% .

 

Components:still pot,gooseneck cap,distillation column, dephlegmator, condenser, parrot outlet.

Still Pot  Columns

1.Stainless steel/Red Copper insulated steam kettle.

2.Copper dome and helmet for optimal vapor contact.

3.High pressure clean-in-place system throughout.

4.Agitator and drain.
