Description
1. Continuous engraving for full format textile fabrics. High speed laser engraving roll textile, denim and corduroy fabric in 1600mm width.
2. Flying engraving technique, laser engraving while material moving. There is no need of pausing for the materials to be engraved. Without splicing, the pattern engraved will be more natural and with high productivity.
3. Compared with traditional dyeing processing technology, laser engraving has the advantages of no pollution, shorten process-cycle, no need of pattern making, easy and convenient for graphic making and modification. The engraved images are clear and three-dimensional that greatly enhance the quality and value-added of fabric.
4. Suitable for large format engraving and greatly increases the quality and added value of textile.
5. Equipped with 500W CO2 RF metal laser tube (standard collocation). Processing speed is fast and the effect is precision.
6. Equipped with red light positioning device, ensuring precise material feeding and processing quality.
