Machine description:
This CNC drilling machine is developed and improved from Z3050 radial drilling machine, with GSK980 CNC control system for process automation and improve the precision and efficiency of the workpiece, which can effectively prevent the misuse caused by processing errors, and reduces the operator's labor intensity.
The machine adopts gantry frame structure, which can meet different heights parts processing. Mainly applied in the large, steel parts or castings drilling, reaming, counterboring processing.
For ZK3050 Machine, the spindle box horizontally moving ( X-axis ) and the spindle feed ( Z axis ), both movement ( 2 axes ) are servo-control with GSK980 and servo motor.
