Application
This machine is specially for cutting filter fabric, nonwoven, glass fiber cloth, PE composite materials. But also perfect cut more industrial soft fabric, such as dustproof cloth, wipe fabric, insulated material, coated fabric, textile, gauze, geotextile and more.
Features of Laser Cutting Machine
1. Open-type design. Various working areas optional.
2. Vacuum absorb conveyor working table with the feeding device, it is capable of fast and continuous cutting of the fabric.
3. Standard 150W CO2 RF metal laser, good cutting finish. Fabrics of various thicknesses can be cut with high speed. Multi-layer of some materials also can be cut.
4. If the length of single layout exceeded cutting area, this cutting system can achieve continuous feeding and cutting.
5. Smart nesting software is optional, it can fast layout cutting graphics in the most material-saving way.
6. 5-inch LCD display. Supporting multiple data transmission. Enabling offline or online operation.
7. Laser heads are synchronized with exhaust system so that can totally discharge smoke and fume from materials being cut to keep good environment and high precision of the machine.
