Major Description:

CZ-300Dseries hydraulic universal testing machine use oil cylinder down-setting method and four column double screw structure,It is major applied to do stretch, compression, bend and shear test for metal, non-metal material.It is suitable for metallurgy,construction,light industry, aviation, aerospace,material,universities and colleges, R&D institution etc, field,The test peration and data processing are corresponded with the related requirements in GB/T 228-2002/2010.

Characteristic:

1. The major machine use oil cylinder down-setting method, the stretch room is above the host, compression or bend test room is bewteen host bottom crossgrider and working table.Adopts four column double screw structure design,high stability for the whole machine.

2. Set 10mm sliding plate between the clamp and clamp plate, effectively extend the uselife of the clamp plated.

3. The up and down of bottom crossgrider adopts the fan ,swing pinwheel reduction gears, chain wheel ,nut screw pair drive achieve adjustment of the stretch and compression test room.

4. Use import servo valve and high pressure pump in precision control with low noise and stable pressure, dynamical system and operation table are integrated design with easy operation and less test space occupation.

5. Use closed-loop control system to achieve the closed-loop control of test force, sample deformation, crossgrider displacement and test process.

Machine Hardware:

1. Use STC300 full-digital endless loop test and control system with many advanced features and

technological innovation:

2. Achieve four types of endless loop control: test force, test specimen deformation, piston

displacement and test process;

3. Data collection system consists of 4way of high precision 24 bits A/D transition channel,

max resolution 1/300000, sub-file in the whole test journey;

4. Use BB, AD, Xilinx and other origin famous brand of integrated component, full-digital design;

5. Meet with PCI whole line standard, microcomputer automatic identification and installation, reach at

“plugged is measured”;

6. Sensor and amplifier: oil pressure sensor, installed at PC programmable amplifier, automatic zero

adjustment and demarcation;

7. Electronic measurement system without potentiometer imitation module, make sure interchangeability and convenient for maintenance and change.

Machine Software:

Control software equips with high integration level, stable performance and convenient for adjustment

advantages, can do real-time collection to the test data, reach real-time dynamic display to test

characteristic curve. The test data document could be saved as Access normal data base and SQL serve large data base. It is convenient for customers’ resource sharing and network administration as well as reanalysis to users.
