Description:

 

   CZ-8003 series tensile test machine adopts full computer control, used for tensile test all kinds of 

rubber, plastic, metal, wire or cable,  nylon, water-proof materials, non-nylon materials, fabric, 

paper, aviation, packing, architecture, petro-chemistry, electric appliance materials. 

 

 

Features:

 

1. Cross rail: 45# mold steel electrostatic coating after grind treatment; 

2. Pedestal: 2.0mm cold-roll steel plate electrostatic coating after numerical control bent;

3. Dust cover: 2.0mm cold-roll steel plate electrostatic coating after numerical control bent

4. Use high strength upright to fix upper/lower cross rail and working bench, making a high strength

 portal frame with superb rigidity;

5. Use Delta high performance frequency inverter drive and Taiwan Chengbang frequency conversion 

gear motor, low vibration making speed requirement of drive mechanism with high efficiency , stable 

rotary speed and adjustable width;

6. Use precision timing kit belt and Taiwan HIWIN/ Germany Rexroth pre-pressing precise ball screw 

transmission, high efficiency, high rigidity, low deformation, low noise, which largely improved the

 transmission efficiency and displacement accuracy;speed requirement of drive mechanism with high 

efficiency , stable rotary speed and adjustable width;

7. Use high speed circuit four-quadrant limitation from Korea Autonics to collect high line number 

optical-electricity encoder signal

8. Large deformation extensometer
