Our Company  is one of the nine airframe component suppliers of C919 large passenger plane project. It assumes the development of two work packages, i.e. the tail cone and aileron of the C919 plane. So far, it has delivered successfully samples of the tail cone and aileron. It also has a heat insulation material business division to assume the development and production tasks of such new materials as aerogel and phase change materials.

The company focuses on the manufacturing of carbon fiber composite materials and has already passed the certification of AS9100 quality management system. As one of the nine airframe component suppliers of C919 plane. The company mainly provides composite materials of tail cone, aileron, spoiler and winglet. The number of employees is 130, including 40 engineers and researchers. Now the gross area of the production workshops is 17,000m2, including purification workshops of 3,000m2. It has over 30 sets of equipment, including large-sized autoclave, composite material 5-coordinate drilling and milling machine, large C-scanner for nondestructive testing, large 3-coordinate measuring machine, laser tracker, auto cutting machine, laser localizer, X-ray CR testing system, clean room, painter and so on. In addition, it also has such design, analysis and management software like FiberSim, Catia and Winchill 9.1.

Structural composite materials are characterized by high specific strength, good specific rigidity and designability, commendable fatigue and corrosion resistance and the like. It has become another rapidly developing aeronautical material following aluminum, steel and titanium. When advanced composite materials are applied to airplane structures, the weight can be reduced by 20~30% and the security, comfortableness and environment protection performance will be improved. These materials have become a future development trend as the material of structural parts of airplane.

The company is very experienced in autoclave processing of composite materials and resin transfer molding (RTM) method. Particularly, it has outstanding strength in co-curing of complex structure. In addition, it has also gotten breakthrough in the assembly technique of large composite material component and detection technique of deformed composite material component.
