Materials:
The front projection is closed by means of a continuous projection cover made from one single piece of material . As such any chinks between the attachments at the dock shelter sides and top side can be prevented , meaning leakage will not apply. The positioning and form of the continuous protection cover ensure optimal drainage. Rain water is drained off from the dock shelter side. This ensures that no water will enter the door opening during loading and unloading as such goods and products will be protected.
Due to the intensive working load of the curtain material, a high quality of tear and wear resistance is applicable.
The curtains are made from a polyester fiber and PVC top coating. Due to the special weaving of the side curtains, these are flexible in longitudinal direction, whereas the width functions as a stable curtain. These characteristics result in an optimal sealing of the vehicle during docking, and ensures a maximum flexibility, mainly in relation to the top curtains. All curtains are finished with a wear-resistant, hard PVC top coating.
