Description

It is new model automatic pneumatic rubber roll husker. Feeding and rubber roll working is automatic by pneumatic device. Operation need not interchange the rubber roller.

Automatic work:

After the "Manual work" procedure completed, turn "Auto/Manual" switch to "Auto"" position, and the pneumatic husker enters automatic controlling status. To enter into working status,the following conditions must be acquired:

1. Motor and air blower of husker must be in working status;

2. Make sure there is paddy in vibratory feeding bin; Level indicator successfully detects "Full load" signal ( red light of levle indicator is on);

while the mentioned above requirements met, controller will open the feeding door, the vibraotry widing get the current through. Rubber roller are closing up under the pulling action of main cylinder and enter into shelling work. If the level indicator detects empty-load signal in storage bin (the red light of level indicator is off),Controller will close the feeding door immediately and stop feeding,then rubber rollers separate from each other after a lag time.
