Product Description
ZJ20 series oil drilling rigs produced by Hebei Yongming Group are new improved rigs,which designed
and manufactured as per medium, deep oil well, gas well, CBM well, shale gas well exploitation
requirement. They adopt modularized high position drawworks chain transmission. The drawworks
with four shafts
fully sealed structure consist of drum shaft, cathead shaft as well as 2 variable-speed shafts.
ZJ20 Series Drilling Rigs Features
. Module design, reasonable layout. Power is transmitted to drawworks through linkage mechanism.
Drawworks with inner speed change mechanism adopt forced lubrication to realize 4F+1R, transmit the
power to ZP175 rotary table by chain.
.Convenient operation, central control. All operation of console is centralized on one side of drawworks
for easy operation. The components adopt mechanical and pneumatic combination for easy
maintenance and repair.
. Drawworks designed newly can improve capacity. It realizes speed change by inner speed change,
chain, sprocket and pneumatic tube clutch working cooperatively. The drawworks are more advanced
and
durable.
