Electric Three Way Ball Valve
Summary:
Electric three way ball valve use AOX, part-turn rotary electric actuator, takes AC220V,AC380V or DC24V as power, takes in (4-20mA)current signal or voltage signal to operate and achieves to the regulation of proportion of fluid medium in technology pipe or controlling of 2 positions switch. Three way ball valve is a new type of changeover regulating valve synthesized foreign advanced technology. Standard ball including L-pattern ,double mouth opening, can change the angle between ball and channel, and composite control for fluid from 3 pieces channels; T-pattern tunnel can be made for proportion, is suitable for regulating and controlling the proportion of medium such as liquid, gas, steam and so on.
Feature:
1. The sealing structure of three way ball valve contains two valve seats and four valve seats, the structure of disc channel contains L-pattern and T-pattern, achieves to composite control for three branch pipes by controlling the rotation angle of the disc to change the link between disc channel and channel mouth. The flow capacity of the three way valve is big enough to control gas, liquid, steam and control viscous fluid with fiber particle, and also suit for some occasion which strict with sealing .

4. T-pattern disc channel connects or switch over three orthogonal channels to inter-flow or split-flow; L-pattern disc channel switches over the flow direction of fluid by connecting two orthogonal channels and cutting the other channel
