- Is this bag meant for checking in the car seat or just gate checking ?
We've used it several ways...but checking this in at the ticket counter and treating it like luggage is the way we've done it the most. The airlines do NOT charge you for checking a car seat.
- Does this backpack fold up smaller?
I mean it could. It comes in a bag that fits king sized sheets or maybe a thin twin comforter.
- Can I use this to carry on car seat?
It's too big to be a carry on, but with car seats they usually let you do plane side check in. But if you are using this to carry the car seat in airport it works great. I guess you could roll it up and stuff it under your seat while you use car seat on plane. Hope this helps!
