Rotating Trommels Waste Recycling Machines for PP PE Film Automatic Crushing Washing

PP PE film washing line is an integral part of the plastic film recycling process. It consists of a set of washing equipment that uses friction and high speeds to thorough wash dirty or soiled plastic films, such as LDPE film, into clean films suitable for pelletizing, the process of melting plastic into plastic granules, or reprocessed plastic pellets. These plastic pellets can then be used as raw materials for manufacturing new products.

Generally speaking, a plastic film washing line is composed of several pieces of core equipment that include a shredder or granulator, high-speed friction washer, separation tanks, and a dewatering / drying system. The material moves from one machine to another are using belt/screw conveyors and or vacuum hosing. Although washing equipment comes in various models, some with innovative designs and technology, the general concept of each equipment remains the same. Additional machinery such as rotating trommels, air classifiers, or bouncing conveyors/tables can be added to remove specific contaminants and improving the overall quality/cleanliness of the washed films.

This PP PE film washing line is composed of belt conveyor, crusher, friction washer, flotation tank, screw loader, dewatering machine, drying system, storage hopper and cabinet.

Belt conveyor with metal detector→crusher→friction washing machine→screw loader→forced screw loader→steam cleaner→screw loader→friction washing machine→washing tank→screw loader→dewatering machine→drying system→storage hopper.

l   This entire production line is used for grinding, washing, dewatering, and drying polypropylene and polyethylene films.

l   The entire production line is automatically controlled. It has tight structural arrangement, high production efficiency, and cleans raw materials at a high quality standard.

l   The production line is used for cleaning and recycling of polyethylene and polypropylene films. Coordinates the production line and subsequent working processes (Pelletization system). And it turns waste materials and dirty PE and PP films into PE and PP pellets that can be used to produce new PE and PP films.
