Process of total line:
1. Crushing the waste PET bottles into flakes (including the label film)
2. Wahing the flakes(here the PET flakes will sink into water and label flakes will float on the water, you could remove the label flakes to keep the bottle flakes pure by automatic )
3. Drying the bottle flakes.
In generally,it is including 300kg/hr, 500kg/hr, 1000kg/hr, 1500kg/hr, 2000kg/hr or more.
