Scrap Steel Recycling Baler Y81T-2500 is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap steel into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, cylinders & octagons. Scrap Steel Recycling Baler Y81T-2500 is good for baling of car scrap (cut to pieces), bicycles, roof & fence material, tin plates, rebars, empty cans & drums (without paint), all sorts of metal sheets / plates, bars / rods, pipes / tubes, turnings / shavings, light metallic structural parts, miscellaneous low carbon scrap steel, and non ferrous metal scrap (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc).
Features
3-way compression, bale density is high.
Robust baler chamber of welding structure. Wear plates: standrad #45 steel (carbon steel), wholy heat treated; optional Mn65 steel wear plates. Cutting blades: optional.
Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).
Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.
Hydraulic drive, Mitsubishi PLC operation, cartridge logic valves.
Side ejection of finished bales. Loading hopper is optional for charging of material.
