Raw materials for Production are:

 

1 . Face Board:

Calcium Silicate Board, Magnesium Oxide Board, Fiber Cement Board, Cement Board, Glass Fiber Boar

Width of face board must be 608mm, allowed tolerance is ±2mm.

 

2 . Sand: SiO2≥98%   Fineness: Residue on 200 pore sieve 10%

3 . Cement: Ordinary Portland cement with grade of above 42.5

4 . EPS (Expandable Polystyrene Granule), Perlite, Ceramicite, volcanic rock and other light-weight & porous materials.

5 . Vanjoin Chemical Additives for Light Weight Energy Saving Wall Panel

6 . Water

7 . Assistant Raw Material

Mould discharging agent, used to lubricate pressing mould plate & aluminum mould plate, buyer can use

wasted machine oil.

 

The Above mentioned contents are basic requirement for raw material. In some circumstances, qualified

Component:
 
1 . Foaming System.

1) Boiler system

The equipment is mainly used for supplying steam for the foaming equipment to foam EPS foam. We used electric heating boiler, which is heating water by electric energy to obtain the specified parameters of steam or hot water. The boiler's thermal efficiency is higher than 98%. Electricity is used for the boiler to heat, clean and pollution-free at site.

2) Continuous pre-expander machine (EPS foaming machine)

The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, automatic filling, electronic weighing, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic production. 

It is complete with Screw Convey and Electronic Weighing system. It can realize the primary and second expansion.
