Calcium Silicate Board, Magnesium Oxide Board, Fiber Cement Board, Cement Board, Glass Fiber Boar
Width of face board must be 608mm, allowed tolerance is ±2mm.
2 . Sand: SiO2≥98% Fineness: Residue on 200 pore sieve 10%
3 . Cement: Ordinary Portland cement with grade of above 42.5
4 . EPS (Expandable Polystyrene Granule), Perlite, Ceramicite, volcanic rock and other light-weight & porous materials.
5 . Vanjoin Chemical Additives for Light Weight Energy Saving Wall Panel
6 . Water
7 . Assistant Raw Material
Mould discharging agent, used to lubricate pressing mould plate & aluminum mould plate, buyer can use
wasted machine oil.
The Above mentioned contents are basic requirement for raw material. In some circumstances, qualified
light weight energy saving wall panel can also be produced even with different raw material, while the
raw material should be analyzed particularly so as to confirm its adaptability.
