  5. If you can't start the vehicle, please check whether the battery clamps connect to car battery fully or not, please make sure the battery connector is clean before start-up. If the vehicle still cannot be started after 3 times, you should check other parts of the vehicle further, don't force to start, otherwise it will damage the jump starter.
