The drip irrigation pipe technology is associated promotion project of water-saving drip irrigation
 
between us and China Institute of Water Resource and Hydropower Research, got the national
 
invention patent, passed CE standard certificate and awarded the 1st prize in national project
 
application results in 2010 also. After many years’ research and batch production, our company
 
has become a big supplier and service provider inner drip irrigation system: (flat dripper, column
 
dripper and tape irrigation pipe production line), drip irrigation pipes, drip irrigation accessories,
 
technique support and training.

 

Inner dripper irrigation pipe leads the trend in this filed. The machinery can produce pipes

 

continuously with high speed, have the pipe thickness distribute steadily, and easy to operate.

2. CYLINDRICAL DRIP IRRIGATION PIPE PRODUCTION LINE has the main

 

advantages as following:

 

 

(1). Advanced design for dripper transport and inserting device, can well automatic recognition &
 
transport different type dripper: flat dripper single hole, flat dripper middle hole, flat dripper
 
compensate type, flat dripper double hole. (as show on right pictures)

 

(2).  Screen changer can well clear impurities, for using recycling materials to make pipe
 
production, save product cost.

 

(3).  With our haul-off and Drill device, high-automatic to finish drill single or double hole

 

(4).  With two position winder, well automatic achieve collect pipe, changing roller.

 

(5). The distance of dripper can be choose and controlled by PLC system as per customer need
