HC-201 series high pressure injection machine is our classical injection machine which was designed for PU furniture production line. It consists of frame work, 300L material day tanks, water heater / chiller, gear pumps, inverters, metering pumps, high speed stirrer, PLC computer control system and other accessory elements.
Its HMI provides operation friendly powerful function menu when planted with temperature control, pressure, speed parameter settings, pouring recipes, faults alarm and so on.
Application scope of polyurethane (PU) injection machine:
PU wood imitation furniture; decorative construction materials, shoes soles, PU toys and dolls, art works, carton figures and so on.
