1. PI ruler is a instrument for measuring pipe or other cylinders' diameter. It made of a elastic steel belt ,main scale and vernier scale.
The minimum scale value in main scale is 0.5mm, the minimum value in vernier scale is 0.01 mm( φ < 900 ), 0.02mm ( φ ≥ 900).
