For all these years, we have achieved a new technology on automatic continuous PU injection production line—a kind of composite insulation wall panels for building construction structures, which was rewarded with the state of arts technology in complete independent intellectual property rights.
The Automatic Continuous PU Injection Production Line employs CO2 in its foaming processing, integrate steel structure fittings of wall panels, utility embedded pipelines and installation interfaces into its automatic continuous PU injection fabrication line. This composite structure wall panel is applicable for various wall engineering in numerous building structures, revised traditional construction mode, reformed current building material manufacturing methods. It is an architectural revolution in every sense.

Advantages:

- The side block and adhesive tape recirculation device can guarantee the sealing of the piece and its demoulding.
