ZSHOY Series of "O" Shut-off Ball Valve have two-pieces type ball structure, which includes main and auxiliary two parts body, with advantages of resistant wear valve seat, high seal tightness, excellent shutting off function and long service life performance.
With high rated flow coefficient and small flow resistance of full bore ball core structure, Soft sealing valve seat sealing material is made by carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene; And hard sealing ball core and sealing ring surface has strong wear resistance by spraying tungsten carbide treatment. Valve seat is limit structure design, to maintain the torque stability; Down to up stem mounted way to prevent it from flying out; Valve seat sealing ring with antistatic design and fire retardant performance.
