ZSHOY/ZDROY Series metal seated ball valve, two pieces design in small size, and three pieces design in large size. Ball is full bore so that large capacity and small flow resistance. Ball is available with Nickel base alloy and tungsten carbide hard coating to have good abrasion resistance; Seat is overlay with cobalt-base alloy and hard alloy to improve seal performance and extend the service life. The metal seated ball valves are used in petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, pulp and paper and scaling, coking, polymerizing or other similar industrial processes.

 

FEATURES:

  • Off-center split body design allows the use of advanced spiral wound gaskets.
  • Full port ensures large capacity and reduces the risk of clogging when handling solids or slurries.
  • All valves with graphite packing and backup seal are inherently fire safe.
  • Ball and seats lapped for optimum performance and tight shutoff.
  • Anti-blowout stem.
