1. Material: SS304, 304L, 316, 316L, 430 etc.
Plain weave: Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter.
Characteristics: Square aperture ,high flow through , relative high open area, as result less pressure drop during filtration suitable for all kinds of filtration up to 63 µm.
Plain dutch weave:woven as a plain weave. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next adjacent complementary wire, as in normal Plain Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction.
Characteristics: "Zero"-aperture, more solid than square or rectangular mesh, relative high open area, suitable for all kinds of filtration.
Twill weave: Each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for both(warp and weft)is mostly the same.
Dutch twilled weave: Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent complementary wires, as in a normal Twill Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction. This weave pattern enables the weft wires to be woven more densely, and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved without forsaking cloth thickness.
Characteristics: "Zero"-aperture, light-proof woven, high resistance due to tight wire position, extreme low absolute grade of fineness(down to 5-6?),high filtration performance in case of low viscose medium, it is the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications as aero-space, fuel-and combustion.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: We usually pack stainless steel wire meshes in roll by paper tube then by kraft paper inside and plastic film outside,at last put in plywood boxes regularlly which is the standard export package and we also could pack them exactly according to your demand
Shipping:It will take about 1-2 working days after receipt 30% prepaid deposit for the stocks and for some other special sizes we could manufacture as your order which would take about 3-5 days to manufacture them.
