Q1: Why there is an odor on the pillow? Is it harmful?

A1: Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. The odor is not harmful. After  unpacking, air product for 24 hours to dissipate trapped odors. In some rare cases it may take  up to 1 - 2 weeks for the odor to fully eliminate.

Q2: Why the pillow cannot return back to its original shape? 

A2:This product was very tightly packed into the carton.Remove from packaging within 

 72 hours of receipt to maximize memory foam expansion to retrun to its original shape.
