Machine feature
1) Working Area Illumination (more convenient operation)
There are two illuminating lamps in machine tool cutting area which could illuminate in case of insufficient light to
facilitate the operation.
2) Anti-interference Protection
Our machine tool adopts advanced high-frequency digital system which will result in high-frequency interference
field to interfere with entire electronic control system. Therefore, the company adopts strict anti-interference
technology installation specification; all signal lines and power use high-density shielding; in addition, the zero
line and ground line are strictly isolated, thus ensuring reliable and stable operation of machine tool.
3) Dust Removal System (Improving working environment)
Composed of built-in pipe and fan. There are dust removal pipes with large diameter and centrifugal dust
removal blower with full pressure in cutting area. In addition, machine tool segments are equipment with dust
removal device, so good dust removal effects could be achieved. (Providing interface size; external piping is
determined according to site conditions by the users); Meanwhile, the cut small pieces and scraps are transferred
and collected to dolly through conveyor. (Segment dust removal worktable)
4) Small Piece Collection Device
There is small piece blanking drawer under the worktable where the cut small pieces and scraps could be
collected through the trolley.
5) Retractable Clamp
Automatic retractable clamp is equipped on worktable to ensure product position accuracy during sheet
processing and reduce processing dead zone.
6) High Pressure Cutting System
The pressure of cutting head is up to 25kg which could carry out net cutting on stainless steel and other
materials.
7) Equipped with Exchangeable Worktable
Pin type worktable carries out cutting; scraps trolley is equipped under the worktable.
8) Cutting safety shield is equipped with to avoid operator eyes injury caused by fiber laser.
9) Laser generator:imported laser generator from Germany.
