1. GS-TEL type laser powder feeding system

 

 

Above is the structure schematic diagram for the carrier feeding device, it mainly composed by hopper, rotary blade plate, entrance, export oriented, inlet port, discharging mouth, dc speed regulating motor, etc. Air inlet load/dry air or nitrogen argon, pressure about 3 KGF/cm2 ; through that the locator adjust the rotation speed of dc motor, dc motor driven rotating feed rotating, to realize the setting and adjusting of the feeding amount, motor speed display digitally. The powder feeding machine has the feature of continuous, uniform and adjustable precise powder feeding, etc.

2  Coaxial powder feeding system

 

 

Equipped with paraxial pneumatic type coaxial feeding device, installed below the laser head,move with the laser head, output powder overlaps with light beam focus, It is used for laser cladding processing of artifacts or work piece local repair, convenient, quick, efficient. It can feed powder with coaxial laser beam to complete the processing for the complex surface laser cladding.
