Description
Main Characteristic of the Machine
1) Control System: International Well-known Brand
Our system is manufactured by Europe famous enterprise which is entrusted by our company according to
software technical requirements, with high end CNC four axis linkage system, and its AC digital servo motor is
equipped with USB interface; minimum resolution of network card is 0.001mm.
Control system consists of numerical control system (integrated programmable logic controller PLC), electrical
control cabinet and operation station, which could ensure cutting during programming, as well as achieving data
transmission communication between programming computer outside the machine and machine tool control
system, or through network. 10.4” color LCD monitor, USB interface, remote diagnostic function can carry out
online and dynamical control on laser various states. Servo drive and motor adopt AC digital servo; all control
axises are CNC controlled, X, Y, Z axis are linkage. All processing parameters information can be displayed on
CNC screen through OEM dedicated interface. Meanwhile, laser secondary flexibility control is carried out so that
all laser functions can be CNC controller,thus improving processing flexibility significantly.According to processing
requirements, different materials and plate thickness, it can automatically switch to appropriate CNC parameters
(proprietary). CNC system has strong self diagnostic function to quickly prompt machine tool internal alarming.
Simultaneously, it automatically displays the alarming information code for machine tool external alarming.
1. With a variety of compensation functions, such as axis distance error compensation, reverse backlash
compensation, kerf compensation, etc.;
2. With function of processing workpiece multi coordinate system and coordinate origin offset function switching,
value metric system and British system switching, absolute/relative incremental control function.
3. It is equipped with manual pulse generator, RS-232 serial interface, USB interface and DNC interface.
4. It is equipped with complete security monitoring function, fault self diagnosis function and alarming protection
function, so as to ensure human and machine safety during machine tool working process.
