Change to pulsing at corner cutting control function
When the sharp corner of a thin to medium carbon steel sheet is cut, melting loss will occur easily, so the quality
of the cutting section of the sharp corner can’t be guaranteed. With our laser cutting system using the change to
pulsing at corner cutting control function, the laser power, pulse frequency and pulse duty factor are changed for
sharp corner cutting, and the CNC laser cutter restores the previous control mode after passing the sharp corner,
thus guarantees the section quality of outline cutting of sharp corners and the efficiency of cutting.
Pause and deceleration at corner function
In the fusion cutting of high temperature alloy sheets such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy sheets, etc., the
sharp corners are hard to cut, with back splattering and contamination of focus lens occurring easily. With our
laser cutting system using the pause and deceleration at corner function, dross back splattering seldom occurs,
thus significantly improves the stability of sharp corner cutting of such alloy sheets, reduces the contamination of
focus lens, and prolongs the useful life of focus lens.
Leader-line low start-up speed cutting function
In the fusion cutting of high temperature alloy sheets such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy sheets, etc.,
dross back splattering and sensor collision alarm, etc. occur easily, which will cause abnormal interruption of
cutting and contamination of lens. With our laser cutting system using the leader-line low start-up speed cutting
function, the leader-line low start-up speed cutting mode can be selected according to the characteristics of
fusion cutting of such alloy sheets, thus significantly improves the stability of fusion cutting of such alloy sheets,
eliminates dross back splattering and easy interruption of cutting, significantly reduces the contamination of focus
lens, and prolongs the useful life of focus lens.
