Features

 

Shock-proof motor

Shock-proof motor can work under high temperature up to 95, permit short-time overloading and has high starting torque. Wedge-shaped belt of high-strength is adopted.  

 

Bearing

The bearings required will receive impact load, radial acceleration, high limit speed and other additional load. Use German FAG bearing to increase load capacity to more than 18% and prolong liftspan to more than 70%.

 

Production technology

Premier welding process complies with national standard and is inspected by Ultrasonic-wave. Bottom of the gear box is reinforced to minimize the possibility of damage.

 

Noise-proof design

Install rubber pad on top and bottom of the springs to realize buffer action and absorb noise. Steel pad is added on spring bottom to reduce noise.

 

Bearing ring design

Specially-designed bearing ring with three layers to withstand intense vibration and avoid cracking during operation, much more superior than traditional embedded design.

 

Oil precipitation design

Foreign matters may fall into the box accidentally, and oil precipitation system is designed to prevent these matters and oil stain from doing harm to gear and bearing.

 

 

Application scope

 

Pre-cast concrete pile

Vibratory hammer, with corresponding clamps, can be used for various types of piles, such as pre-cast concrete pile, steel pile, cast-in-place concrete pile, concrete expansion pile, lime pile, san pile and gravel pile, etc.

 

Cofferdam

Vibratory hammer can be used to drive sheet pile to build the coffer wall. It is highly-efficient to push and extract sheet piles.

 

Trestle project and offshore working platform

Vibratory hammer to drive sheet pile or casing pile to build working passage and platform. It is easy for installation and removal.

 

Single pile and group piles foundation for offshore wind mill

It is efficient to use vibratory hammer to drive piles into the sea, which is easy for adjustment and environmental friendly.
