Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

Q: What packaging does your factory use?
A: PE bag with kraft carton package, using EPE for safeguard, or flight case.
Q: When you will ship the product after make payment for the order?
A: It depend on the order quantity, small order will takes 3-7 work days. If the item is in stock, we will ship within two days.
Q: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, but the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery charge.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: We normally offer one year warranty to our customer by using our MLB fluid.
Q: What is the payment method?
A: TT / Western Union
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be a bank handling charge for each payment. More money will be spent if you make twice payment.
