Product Description

Ultra fine stainless steel wire mesh used for paper making

Material: Heat treated yarn 304 stainless steel wire.(AISI 316,SUS316L for choosing.)

Pattern: Plain weave ( Twill weave, Satin weave, Twisted weave, Crimped weave for selection).

Type: mono-filament.
Wire diameter: 0.05mm to 4.0mm
Mesh size: customized.
Wire density: according to client's requirement.

Technic: Woven.

Temperature: 180-200℃. 

Finishing: Endless / Open ended. 

Position: Paper Machine Cylinder Mould.

Application: main in paper Industry.(also suit for other industry,such as processing of oil,food,chemical,etc.)

Paper Grade: Tissue paper.

Note: 304 stainless steel wire mesh minimum 8-10% Nickel guaranteed, 100% non Magnetic, bright finish, 100% error free.
