Product Description
The HLS series concrete mixing plant is an automatic concrete mixing assembly consisting of a batching, a mixing and an electrical control system. Equipped with a high-precision microcomputer control system and provision for separate manual control, the plant features formula memory, automatic drop compensation and sandstone moisture content compensation. This, together with a printing system supplied with the plant, enables automatic production of the preset tanks of concrete.
The main characteristic of HLS Stationary Concrete mixing Plants
1. The cement is store in cement silo and feeding by screw conveyor.
2. The water supply system is composed by water tank,water pump and water weigher. The forced water supply system spray equably and has washing function for the mixing system.
3. It adopts the ectctrial weigher to measure all the aggregate cement water liquid additive.
4. The whole batching and mixing course is automatism by electrical control system (it also can be hand control).
5. The structure is simple and easy to install and debug.
6. It is adopts advanced electrical control system and imports component with high dependability.

Packing and shipping
Packaging: The goods are to be shipped in export packing suitable for the type of goods to be delivered. Packing is to be protected the Goods against any damage or corrosion when the Goods are transported by sea
Terms of Payment: 30% of total price as down-payment by T/T, 70% of total price shall be paid by T/T before shipping
Warranty: 12 months is from the date of commissioning, or at the latest, 15 months from delivery. Note: Warranty excludes damage caused from wrong operation.
